# Mental Health Resources

Maintaining good mental health is crucial for our community as we prepare for our spaceflight to All The Same world. The journey will be challenging and we want to ensure that our members are well-equipped to handle the physical and emotional demands of the flight. That's why we will be providing access to a variety of mental health resources in our station to help our community members improve their overall well-being before we embark on this journey.\
\
These resources will include counseling, therapy, and support groups, as well as educational materials on stress management and self-care. By providing these resources, we hope to empower our members to take control of their mental health and feel confident and prepared for the flight. \
\
We understand that mental health is important and should not be overlooked, therefore, we will make sure that we will have the best mental health professionals available to help our community.
